Cleaning services

Cleaning enquiries ready for a considered callback.

When cleaners are working inside a property, repeated phone interruptions make coordination harder. Arcera can take selected calls and gather the practical information you approve for new cleaning requests. Domestic work, regular commercial contracts and end-of-lease enquiries can be labelled separately so the owner or coordinator can review them with context, rather than chase a list of unexplained numbers.

Different properties, different expectations

A tenant may ask about an end-of-lease clean while your team is in another home. An office manager often rings near the end of the working day to discuss out-of-hours access. Other callers want to change an existing service or ask about a specialist task. Arcera can record the requested cleaning type, property details and timing preferences. The workflow should leave sensitive access information and the final scope with the appropriate person, using only the administrative details your business has approved.

Questions your workflow can ask

  • Is this domestic, commercial or end-of-lease cleaning?
  • What is the property location and approximate size?
  • Which areas or tasks would you like included?
  • Is this a one-off request or recurring service enquiry?
  • What timing and access arrangements should the coordinator discuss?
  • What is your name and best callback number?

What reaches your team

The coordinator receives the cleaning category, location, caller's description of the property and requested tasks, plus contact details. Timing is recorded as a preference for review. Existing-service changes can be flagged separately from new work. Your team can follow up about suitability, access, a site assessment and a written quote without the assistant having accepted a booking or assumed what chemicals, equipment or staffing the job needs.

Illustrative after-hours scenario

A request ready for human review

An office manager calls in the evening about a recurring clean after staff leave. In this illustrative scenario, Arcera captures the suburb, approximate premises size, requested frequency and contact person. It notes that access arrangements need discussion with the coordinator. The next handover is a commercial enquiry, not a confirmed cleaning schedule, a price or an instruction to enter the building.

What Arcera does not do for cleaning services

  • Does not quote a clean or promise bond-return outcomes.
  • Does not advise on hazardous materials or specialist remediation.
  • Does not authorise entry, collect unapproved security details or change contracts.
  • Does not confirm a cleaning slot unless an approved connected calendar supports it.

Questions from cleaning services

Can recurring cleaning enquiries be labelled separately?

Yes. Approved questions can distinguish a one-off request from a recurring service enquiry, with the requested frequency passed to your coordinator for review.

Can callers change an existing cleaning booking?

The assistant can capture the requested change and hand it to the responsible person. It does not confirm a change unless a separately approved system connection supports that workflow.

Will it promise an end-of-lease result?

No. It can collect the requested tasks and property details, but your business confirms scope and terms. It does not promise a bond refund or inspection outcome.
